6.1 Classification - All are united as one, there is no classification to differ one of the commune from the other, save for those they give themselves. Any who give classification to others are corrected.

6.2 Roles - The role of the individual is to support the community, in whatever way they are mentally capable. That is how we differ, but in that fact we are the same.

6.3 Social Structure - From smallest group to largest: Individual>Community>City>Planet>Civilization>Life. All are to support life, by supporting the community.

6.4 Economics - All is free and shared, there is no money, no economy, no profit. The individual receives equal luxuries to any other, what more could they want?

6.5 Conflict Management - Conflicts are rare, but when they do occur, the individuals involved are corrected.

6.6 Technology and Artifacts - The technology of the commune is aimed at keeping the individuals that create it happy, space travel, and colonization techniques. The exception is the technology that the ancients of the commune found in a ruin deep in the sea of Fotari, amidst the ruins of a huge number of metal building, the interior of which was drier than conceivable. This technology is used to assist the annexed in accepting the commune, as many have trouble accepting others as their equals and rebel as such.

6.7 Communication - Basic emotions are conveyed telepathically to one another, even from annexed species after correction, the caftain otherwise speak through minor shifts in the electrical fields of their person, all annexed species are outfitted with sensors to translate this to them.

6.8 Philosophy and Spirituality - The caftain are atheists, not because they believe it is impossible for something to have created everything from nothing. They are atheists because they can not grasp the idea that a being could be superior to any other being. All annexed species are permitted to worship, but temples our re-outfitted as correction facilities and organized religion is not permitted, as it would promote the separation of the commune. The correction can't completely alter you, only fix parts.

6.10 Art - Art is abstract when made by caftain, often times just blotches of colour made from radioactive paints. These are usually kept in personal homes however, as most annexed do not posses the radiation resistance of the caftain. Radioactive paints add another level to the art, due to the fact that caftain can sense all parts of the spectrum, if not through sight then through presence. Art is promoted and artists are supported by the community, as it promotes the well being of all.

6.11 Entertainment - Plays, cartoons, music and written work are all promoted on an equal level to other forms of art. The music made by caftain tends to have many sounds that come out as colours or even gammarays, due to the species perception. They do, however, contain sounds that even humans can hear, in a pleasant manner to all annexed and corrected members of the commune, if an individual finds it unpleasant then they are encouraged to make music themselves or return to a correction facility for a secondary correction.
