Sounds really good, except for the fatal flaw that plasma dissipates very easily. It'd be like firing a steam gun; it just wouldn't work. The best plasma weapon you can hope for is a torch, really.

On a side note, why are you always focusing on photos military stuff? What about society or religion or culture? Do they have ancient tapestries or horror movies or nuclear families? What kind of political controversies are there? How many languages exist?
